Please read the following information carefully. If you use the website and purchase products, you hereby undertake and agree to the following terms and conditions.

You can order the products displayed on this website online using the shopping cart and pay for your goods with a credit / debit card, PayPal, GoogleCheckout or Direct Bank Transfer (BACS).

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from DL Webco

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and Refunds).

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at 15%. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible, using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you within seven days, we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.

All products are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you pay for the goods. Delivery charges are calculated based upon weight, shipping method and destination.

Payment
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or by Maestro/Switch, Solo, Delta, Connect, AMEX, Electron, using Paypal. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. You may also pay by cheque, postal order and bank transfer if you so wish. We do not store your credit card details on our server, and they are used once to authorise your transaction. Delivery
We can deliver goods to destinations within the UK and EU and other selected areas. Please note that shipping charges outside of the UK are significantly higher than the UK and are non-refundable in any circumstances.

We aim to deliver goods to destinations within 7-10 business working days, please check the individual product listing for a exact delivery time for the product in question. On some of our products we offer a Next Day UK Delivery, in order to qualify for this delivery the individual product on our website should be listed as 'Next Day Delivery' and the product must be ordered before 2pm in order for you to receive the product the very next day. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Citylink or DHL depending upon the weight and value of your purchase.

We aim to despatch goods to destinations outside of the UK 7-10 business working days in most circumstances. International Orders are dispatched as a package with International Signed For or Airsure services depending upon the weight or value and take 7 - 12 days in most circumstances.

Our Delivery charges include admin fees and all the necessary postage insurance to cover our consumers for the value or the product.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our items within seven (7) days of delivery. This applies to all of our products unless they are bespoke or custom developed to ours or your specification.

To cancel your contract, please return the goods to us unused, unopened and in "as new" condition, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Your refund will be processed, less delivery costs, within 30 days.

WE ABSOLUTELY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND IF THE RETURNED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNED IN NEW SALEABLE, CONDITION. ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNDAMAGED, CLEAN, CAREFULLY PACKED WITH ALL LABELS ATTACHED AND IN THE ORIGINAL, MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING AS SUPPLIED.

Returns

Should you wish to return products to us, please contact us first to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorisation)

Please ensure that you have requested a return authorisation number clearly visible on the package that you are returning. An incorrect RMA number or a non visible RMA number will lead in your claim being delayed until we have verified the return by contacting you.

Should, for any reason, you be unhappy with the products ordered, please see the following returns conditions. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Goods

If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it, complete with packaging and all components, and returned to us in "as new" condition) within 7 days of the date on when the product was dispatched, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for the product. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. Please contact us to receive a RMA (Return Material Authorisation)

Faulty Goods - Dead on Arrival

If you return an item to us which is faulty, we will need the goods to be sent back to us for testing and, if appropriate, replacement.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us safely and we usually recommend that you send items back to us via an insured, signed for, postal method such as Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Standard Parcels with an appropriate level of insurance.

When we have received the goods, we will test them and if found to be faulty we will refund the basic cost of posting the item back to us via the accepted postal methods described above.

Warranty Returns

If a product fails during the warranty period, it may be that the manufacturer operates a repair or replacement scheme and you must contact us prior to sending the product back. Please request a return authorisation number via email or telephone us on +44 (0)7902 99 88 89

If we do ask you to return the item to us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us safely and we recommend that you send items back to us via an insured, signed for, postal method such as Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Standard Parcels with an appropriate level of postal insurance.

When we have receive the goods, we will test them and if found to be faulty we will either send the product back to the manufacturer for repair (which can take up to 30 days to process) or send our a replacement product to the same or higher specification.

Damaged Goods

If your package arrives damaged, please sign for it as "damaged" and contact us via email. Please do not return the item to us without speaking to us first and please contact us within three days of receiving the parcel, otherwise we cannot claim on our couriers insurance and as such your claim will not be valid

Incorrect Goods Received

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect product or quantity, please contact us via our email. Please state which products you have received, any codes or part numbers on the outside of the packaging and any other relevant information. Please do not open the inner packaging for incorrect items.

Refused Delivery / Goods Not Collected / Goods Not Called For

If you refuse a delivery, and the goods are returned to us, we will refund the order less any direct costs to us for the return. For UK courier deliveries, there is a £15 surcharge to return a package to us.

Postage Costs

Postage costs to return unwanted goods or warranty returns are non-refundable. Postage costs for the return of the item will be the full responsibility of the customer.

Tax on Imported Goods (Certain Items Directly From Our Suppliers)

No VAT or hidden charges are added to the price. The price you see is what you will pay and shipping for the item. As the consumer it is your responibility for any taxes on the product when it is deliveried by the couriers. If you are in doubt about taxes, please contact us first before ordering the product from us.

Our Liability

We will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.

You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.

We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
